the increases in shipping and packing via Royal Mail and Parcelforce, who we use for areas not covered by our FedEx contract, are completely out of our control.
In the past we have had to risk postal and parcelforce services, but the damage rate and the difficulty in claiming compensation for lost and damaged items, no matter how well they are packed, have made it impossible now for us to maintain the high customer service levels that our customers expect and deserve for this product
